KEPERLUAN VITAMIN C




Vitamin C adalah Vitamin yang biasa kita guna dan ambil dalam diet seharian. Vitamin C boleh diperolehi dari sumber buah-buahan, sayuaran, minuman dan dari pengambilan makanan tambahan. Kalangkala apabila kita demam atau sakit,  doctor akan bagi kita vitamin C untuk meningkatkan imunisasi badan kita dalam lmelawan penyakit.

Vitamin C adalah vitamin antioksida larut air yang berperanan menghalang radikal bebas.  Vitamin C membantu tubuh dalam menghalang jangkitan kuman, demam, selsema, influenza. 

Selain itu, Vitamin C merangsang penghasilan kolagen untuk kulit sihat dan memperbaiki kolestrol.
Pengambilan  Vitamin C dengan selenium (ada dalam vitamin E Shaklee) dalam menghalang glikasi protein dan menghasilkan akhir glikasi iaitu AGEs.

Sumber vitamin C :
Buah buahan sepeti limau, anggur, strawberi. Buah beri biru, tomato dan sayuran mentah. Mudah musnah apabila di masak dan kandungannya berkurangan apabila disimpan.

Kesan kekurangan :
Pendarahan gusi, bengkak sendi, sakit anemia, pertahanan badan berkurangan dalam melawan penyakit, luka lambat baik, senang mendapat lebam-lebam
